Default Laptop abrupt shutting down

Whenever I try to play pc games, my laptop tend to shut down and restart by itself. The whole screen turns blue and displays “beginning dump of physical memory”. At one point, when the pc has restarted and I try to log on to my account, another display says “This system has recovered from a serious error”. How do I fix this problem? It's quite bothering me already.

Your laptop is overloaded already of unnecessary files. Your hard drive cannot handle already the load of files/programs that is stored on your laptop. Some of it are temporary internet files already piling up you are not aware when you’re surfing the internet. You can use ccleaner. Visit CCleaner - Home . It will clean your cache and has a capability to scan your registry to fix any problems. Next, run antivirus and superantispyware tools. After all these, run disk defragmentation. Visit Defragmentation Software | Raxco.com.

Generally, the most common reason for cpu to shutdown, lag or freeze is overheating. As time passes by, dust and grime tend to build up around or within cpu fans/coolers making them faulty, thus, performing poorly. You should physically check and clean up your cpu’s internal components at least once every month. You may blow air through your fans. Remove the Heatsink and give it a thorough clean and reapply your cpu with new cpu grease.

Clean the golden edge of each memory stick with a soft rubber. Bear in mind not to touch the edge with your hands. This may cause short circuit problems. Also, check your capacitors for swelling and bulging. I hope this helps.

Hey this is a pretty serious problem. Don't just take this for granted. The fact that the physical memory's getting affected, it's time for you to get some help (unless if you're a licensed, experienced computer technician). You may want to contact other Testfreaks users here for referrals or ask the admin/mods to direct you to a website/person who can help you best! Good luck!
