Default Brand new vs used notebook

I don't have much funds to buy a brand new notebook, so I'm thinking of buying a used one. Can anyone tell me the advantages and disadvantages of a second hand notebook? Well, what do you suggest? Do I really have to save up for a brand new one or a second hand would be fine?

Hmmmm, second hand notebooks would be fine. You really don't need to save up to have a new one. Used notebooks do offer excellent value. It will certainly run any application that a desktop system will run, remember, its a second hand, it could have been working well from its first owner. Well, as for the disadvantage, compared to a new notebook, it doesn't have a new features. But I guess upgrades are available.
