Default Web Server and SQL SERVER 2005 on just one machine

Hi guys,

Is this possible? Can we have a web server and an SQL server in just one single machine?

Let's say that the machine is running under windows server 2003 and then then sql server's a version 2005.

Can we expect any conflicts?
