video card prob.. help please

I was rolling around in WAR a few minutes ago when my monitor went dead (no signal). After rebooting, all seemed alright until I relaunched WAR only to find everything was messed.

Same stuff happens in CSS. Totally random occurrence, temperatures was never over 50 C. I'll try new drivers but I doubt that'll matter.

Is my card totally dead?

I'm afraid your card is dead. You could try cleaning the HSF and re-apply thermal paste, but I think you're ready for an upgrade.

If your card is under warranty, send it for RMA.
