Hello Maria, maybe you not often heard about this laser tv since what had become dominant recently are the Plasma and LCD TV's. Well, they said its the next generation television display. It uses a laser light engine, which is a compact trio red, green and blue lasers as the light source. The laser light is capable of reproducing up to 90% of the visible color spectrum, twice what the current HDTV market can offer. They capitalized on the unparalleled qualities of laser light, which is capable of producing a brighter, sharper and more colorful image than current LCD and PDP models. Manufacturers claims that it will cost less, thinner and lighter which uses less energy than current rear projection models.
