Default Digital Converter Box slight problem

I recently purchased a digital converter box. I had it installed two days ago. When I turned on my TV, there seems to be a signal scramble or breaking. The picture/video quality is crystal clear but the audio or sound is a few seconds delayed. How can I fix this?

In some cases, signal break-ups or scramble and audio problems (delay) is caused by poor signal getting into your digital converter box. This means that your antennae setup is not quite on the correct place. But, if you have a “crystal clear picture/video” with sound/audio delay, something’s wrong with your box’s internals. Since, you have bought it a few days ago, return it for a new one. Be a smart customer.
