Why is the audio does not synchronize with the video? I have a charter digital cable. How can I fix this?

What you can do is consider using an HDMI cable with your cable box. It is a common problem because it takes a a significant time for digital video processing than audio processing. HDMI cable ensures video and audio synchronization.
