Sony HDR-SR10 / SR10E

I am so confused and the more I read the more I am confused ,
please help me in this dilemma
I have several questions
1- what is the difference between SR10 and SR10E, what I have known so far that E means PAL , why I should pay more to get PAL , what I am gonna get from it , does only my videos be displayed on PAL TV although all TVs now a days are multi-systems , or the Video codec is editable, i am in confusion
keeping in mind that i want an easy way to edit my Videos

2- what is the real still image pixel resolution , is it 4 MP or is it .3 MP as displayed in some websites , and is there a difference in the MP when i record on the HDD or the memory stick
how would i know the real still image pixel resolution of any camcorder

3- what it is the difference between the Sony one and the Canon HG10 one which is better ?

4- have any one heard about digitalliquidators.com or quest4cameras.com , i always get from them the lowest price
for SR10 i will pay about $663 taxes incl.
taxes excluded about $617
are they reliable
