Default How to transfer videos without USB?

How can I transfer my video files from my camcorder to my pc without a usb? Anybody knows the process/method I should follow? Thanks

You can transfer your videos from your camcorder through firewire. Digital camcorders already have port for firewire cabling system. It is readily available on many electronic consumer shops. But, if you still using an analog camcorder, there is a big difference. You can still transfer your video through TV capture card (analog video cards). The quality will be probably low.

What storage/memory card/stick do you use for your camcorder? I know some camcorder has SD cards. If that's the case, then you can always use a card reader.

Is it true that there's a possibility I can get viruses when I use cables/cords in transferring files?

it depends on the computer you are using. if the computer was infected by a virus then there might be a possible chance that you can get viruses
