Default Samsung sch a650 help

I have searched this forum before registering for this information. I have found on specifics on what Im looking for.

I have a refurbished samsung sch a650 that is currently thru Revol. The reception sucks and Im less that 300 yards from the store I got it at. Are there any tricks/codes/ anything that may help me get better reception?

Any response will be greatly appreciated as most of my google searches just turned up free ring tone crap. This site seems to have a vast group of people who are seriously into this whole cell phone tinkering stuff. I know that I will get the response Im looking for here. Perhaps I just didnt do the search properly. Even some guidance and or linkage to some threads will be a good start.

Probably the best thing to do is file a trouble ticket with the carrier. As long as you give them the information of the problem you're having, they should research it and see if there is anything they can do. Sometimes there are things they can do on their end or do to your phone in the store that will make it work better.
