Question Mp3 Error

What do you think is the problem? I have a Sony NW-E002 mp3 player. When I tried to play music/songs in my SonicStage(Library) or even transfer, an error occurs. It displays something like this, “ ..cannot load rights information...file format may not be supported by Sonic Stage..” or “…transfers are not allowed..” I’d really need your opinions on this. Thanks

Well you have to check the format of the music/songs that you want to play and then see if your Sony NW-E002 mp3 player can support that. My mp3 player, for instance, can't play .wav tones anymore and it can't play .mp4 files just yet. By the way, have you installed the software for your mp3 player yet? Did it come with a CD installer when you bought it?
