"Classic" MP6410 player

I was given a "Classic" MP6410 player made by Combined Luck Industires. My computer recognizes the player (as a STMP 3400 chipset), but cannot find the software to load it. It does not show up a drive or a removable storage device. When I try to call the manufacturer, I get a satellite network service provider.
Can someone point in the right direction to make my computer recognize this player? BTW, this is the first mp3 player I have ever owned.
