Can't Listen and Download

this is my problem : I can't listen or download any song !!

when I click on the "mp3" button nothing append and when I click on the "play" button, a liitre window open with the player but the music don't start !!

I ask a friend to try and he can't too

what's the matter ??

You need to provide a little more info. What program are you using? Is this from a website? Is your system set up for mp3 playback?
