Default Accidentally Formatted my toshiba gigabeat f40

I accidentally formatted my Gigabeat and now it comes up with a system error. I've been trying to locate the software for it considering that I no longer have the CD that came with it. Any sort of help would be appreciated. The model No. of my gigabeat is MEGF40.

Thanks for the help!
