Which brand for dslrs is better, Nikon or Canon? What brand do you use?

either is ok ,different price has different quality .we can't judge them in one word .by the way ,we also have the two kinds of cameras for sale .you can have a look at them ,and give us some views about them .

I use Nikon D40 right now and I have no plans of replacing it anytime soon. My friends who use Canon told me that they are satisfied with the results too. I might propose a temporary switch of cameras and see which one is better. Although, they do have different features but still come up with quality pictures.
