Default Best noise-reducing software?

Hi guys! What noise-reducing software would you recommend? I’m using Windows picture manager to edit (resize, color, etc.) my pictures in my pc. I’m using a digicam.

I’d recommend Version 5.85 of Neat Image /Win. It’s features include:
-Improved batching in standalone Neat Image
-Improved compatibily with TIFFs produced by new Nikon cameras
-Improved TIFF compatibility with Picture Window Pro
-Improved compatibility with some invalid TIFFs saved by Capture 1
-Improved compatibility with some invalid JPEGs saved by RawTherapee

Well, I have tried using both Neat Image and Noise Ninja. For me, the latter does a better job, IMO, is smarter at sampling the image for noise, executes the noise reduction faster, and gives up less image detail. You can download it as a plug-in software or stand alone software. Visit Noise Ninja: Downloads

Here's another one. The Noiseware. It can be a stand-alone software or as a plug-in.
