Default Nanaimo, an Evolution of 2D Aircraft Shooting Games

Nanaimo, an Evolution of 2D Aircraft Shooting Games

SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircraft shooting games are evolving.

Aircraft shooting games constitute a game genre that has been loved by many gamers for a long time for its simple control and intense gaming experience. However, gamers have always felt a limit in the conventional aircraft shooting games due to their over-simplicity, which is precisely what 'Nanaimo,' scheduled to be released through GSP, has evolved on.

'Nanaimo (http://nanaimo.gamengame.com/),' a 2D side-scrolled aircraft shooting game developed by Toppig (CEO Dong-Gyu Lee), a company specializing in the development of casual games, engrosses its players with cute pet characters and stamp collection which come with its latest upgrade.

'Nanaimo,' which means 'come here, everyone,' is a user-oriented game which enables the players to form a community through chatting and exchanges of collected stamps. Players can also present their individualized look to other guild members and friends through various activities such as decorating their homes and avatars with items collected from quests.

The pets which always accompany the main characters in the game transform into boosters for the main characters to ride on in dungeons and sky arenas. Players can enjoy a number of fun aspects of the game such as defeating monsters and dodging their bullets in dungeons together with the pets that have transformed into boosters. The sky arenas are a PVP zone in which players play against each other and collect 'Star Chips'; the player that collects the most Star Chips wins the game. Players can hinder other players from collecting star chips with a wide variety of items including mines.

Another fun aspect of Nanaimo is the stamps which players can collect in dungeons and arenas. The collected stamps can be combined to summon a wide variety of items which increases the fun of the game for the players. The stamps are divided into 7 groups which include stamps that upgrade the ability of the pets, stamps used to decorate avatars and interior decoration stamps used to decorate the homes. Players will surely be fascinated when collecting these stamps in dungeons and arenas.

The Nanaimo Project Manager of Toppig says, "Toppig has established contact with the gamers of the world who enjoy casual games with the launching of Nanaimo on GSP. Gamers all around the world can look forward to other games created by Toppig that will be launched globally."
