We have just posted a review of the Arcitc Cooling Accelero S1 Rev.2 cooler with the additional Turbo Module. This cooler works on a ton of different cards and offers way better performance that stock cooling. We found that we got 40C better cooling performance over a stock cooler on a HD 4850.
