What kind of virus is this and how can i remove it?

This virus keeps on popping up pages for ads. Occasionally they are for a fake microsoft virus protector. If you click on them it downloads something and they only pop up once in awhile while I am using my internet. I have to run two of my different spy ware programs and it keeps coming back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
