strange problem on my task bar

I have windows xp. I recently installed and used Stardock- Object doc. last tonight, I decided not to use it any more. so I went to exit it, and in the settings I had it to where it would hide the task bar. then I exited. for some reason task bar keeps moving down by its self. I don't understand why, I went back in-opened the program, and changed the settings to not hide the task bar, but it keeps going down-minimizing its self. I exited the program again, and restarted my computer, I exited any other programs that don't need to be open, and I searched google for help. I also clicked "lock task bar" and that did not work. I cant find any help. do you guys know what I should do to fix this problem? thanks in advanced guys.
