Default shuts down again and again....

Yesterday my computer shuts down, restarts and then shuts down again. It keeps doing this over and over again and i don't know what to do. can anyone help me solve this problem?

Have you checked for viruses? What's your anti virus software program?

i didn't check... my antivirus is avg 8.0 the free version... hehe! they said that kaspersky is a great antivirus software.
