Default NTLDR missing, boot problem?

Hi all. My computer won’t complete the boot process. In the screen, a message displays “NTLDR is missing”. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. When I restarted my pc, it returns to the same message. I’m running with Windows 2000 Professional. What do you think is the problem? What should I do? Thanks for any help.

I believe your problem can be either your BIOS is outdated or your NTLDR boot file has been corrupted or damaged. You might have to use your Windows CD for complete installation process. You can also visit How to troubleshoot the "NTLDR Is Missing" error message in Windows 2000. There are also methods there regarding recovery methods. It’ll help fix any of your problems too.
