Default my laptop was infected by a virus

Dear testfreaks,

yesterday i use my flash disk on someone's else's Pc which by the way is not recomanded ,and then i use it on my laptop ,before i open the flash or even explore it ,i scan the flash using my antivirus software (symentec antivirus ),it detects two threats ,am not sure about the name (ise32.exe) and something elses ,so i wanted to clean it but the antivirus programme kept prompting that (this file can not be deleted) and some more comments about the reason, even when i tried moving it to the quarantined folder also did not perform ,
i think my lap is infected but not sure what is it (virus, worm ,adawre )...and why i think so? ,there are new folders generated on my laptop ,(Recycler ) and i think (system volume information)
the Recycler can be deleted ,but it keeps regenerated ,the other folder is access denied .

thanks for the help!

Best if you can do System Restore first. However, another alternative is to have it reformatted. Your data can be saved via a slave driver first and extra removable hard disk while your laptop gets reformatted.

As much as possible, do not use your USB in another person's PC unless you know that that person's PC is clean and free of malwares/viruses. This is one big lesson learned for you.
