Does anybody know of a good screen capture add-on or software?

Hi guys, does anybody have any recommendations on a good and efficient screen capture software program or perhaps web browser add-on? thanks!

I use a Firefox add-on called Screengrab! (yep, complete with the exclamation point at the end )

The old style "Print Screen" and then paste to Microsoft Paint scenario works for me.

for most every screen capture I use a free program called MWSnap.. you can google it to find it easily.. it's got many choices like entire screen, active window or even selecting a certain area of the screen to capture.. I've used it for a few years now with no problems at all
