Default Desktop X

I recently uninstalled DESKTOP X. It’s a program that allows me to build my own desktop images and background. When I tried to startup my pc, few things happened.

-sign in to account
-normal desktop background is gone. It’s just plain black.
-When pressing the windows logo (start), it does not bring up the menu for programs

How do I fix this?

You can do a System Restore. Press CTRL+ALT+ESC > NEW TASK> MSCONFIG> TOOLS TAB> SYSTEM RESTORE. This will fix your problem. There may have been a problem in uninstalling of DESKTOP X which changed the way your explorer boots when logging in. On a few instances, some third party applications are faulty or even corrupted. Be aware.
