Hi Paule, check the settings/features of your mp4 player as well. See if it can accommodate the type of music file that you want to play. There are players out there that are a bit "selective" of the type of music files that they can play. Just to give you a quick example --- a friend of mine bought an mp4 player and he thought that he could play mp3's without any glitch. Alas, the player can only strictly accommodate mp4's and nothing else. Weird, I know. But I guess you just have to be careful when buying your gadgets.
