Summary: I'd wanted one of these for ages and tracked best price online. This took about 5 weeks from order to arrive but was well worth the wait. It is quite heavy to move around so best bet is to find a place for it in the kitchen and keep it there. Fantastic for mixing, blending and kneading. Baked loads since it arrived. Love all the colours on it too. Pricey but recommended.
Summary: I have only used the mixer once but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too noisy and kept stable against the worktop. You also get an additional flexible beater which is excellent for creaming. The mixer looks great and modern. Found it a bit fiddly to put the splash guard on first but realised you had to line it up a mark on the mixer!
Summary: Purchased after trying one at a cookery class. It is an amazing piece of kit. Two women on the course recommended as they had models purchased over 25 years ago and they are still working on a daily basis. This stylish kitchen assistant makes baking more fun and as it's so easy to use the kids have become adept at using. I make proper homemade bread now as no more kneading means no tired arms. It's powerful motor made heavy fruitcake a doddle.
Pros: Great Design, Practical, Durable, Well Made,
Summary: I use the Kmix daily for batters, bread dough, pasta dough and cake mix. My yorkshire pudding batter is brilliant, they rise perfectly now. My cakes are much lighter, my bread has risen in height by over an inch using the dough hook rather than hand kneeding. I have wanted a kenwood for years but thought they were too expensive for what they did, but WOW my Kmix is worth every penny. Totally happy with its speed, durability.
