Summary: I bought this a little over a year ago in the January 2014 sales. Admittedly I didn't pay a lot for it. I hated it from day one as every time you removed the processing bowl the little spindle falls out, bounces around the counter, sometimes onto the floor or bin and needs washing.
Very useful but sealing ring gets stuck in mill jar

Summary: I got this mainly for chopping vegetables, blending, grinding spices and kneading dough. - The blender is good and makes soups, chutneys (Indian ones) very smoothly. - The smaller jar (mill jar) for grinding spices is good but the sealing ring got entangled in the blades twice and I had to call...
Summary: I love this machine, it's very easy to use and put together. It is quite a bit bigger than I expected but the chopper blade is low enough to reach small amounts. I've only had it a few days but I've crumbed pastry and used the chopper blade to cut my beef into mince for cottage pie.
Pros: Good size (not too big) most parts fit into bowl for storage-good motor, No box for blades
Summary: I actually thought this was a cream colour but it is in fact brilliant white. Would have preferred cream but my fault for not checking!! Loose drive shaft is not a problem once you know about it - just take the bowl off over the work surface and it wont end up on the floor!!
