Summary: Love this product! I have one for myself and purchased a second for my mother! The sleek, modern look goes well with my other appliances. And I don't mind leaving it out (yes I'm one of those people that refuses to keep her toaster on the counter). As well, the suction base is awesome.
Excerpt: I really like food processors especially the Cuisinart brand. I love it because it has very easy to use features, has very fast blades. I also like the ease with which I can clean the food processor to the end of the meal.
Summary: I was very happy when I bought this, and I love the way it processes; however, I found that it leaks. I tried making pizza dough according to the recipe booklet, and ended up with a first class mess. Today, I made a crepe filling with ricotta and cream cheeses...same problem.
Summary: Received this as a gift, and was terribly excited when I did. Made one batch of gazacho. Period. Cleaned it by hand and stored it. Went to use it again and found that the little plastic gizmo under the handle that depresses another little gizmo in the base to allow the motor to run was ...gone.
Summary: I wanted a simple food processor that had a medium capacity and this eight cup Cuisinart Processor has lived up to that expectation. It is easy to use and does just as good a job as my more expensive, bigger processor but doesn't take up as much counter space.
Summary: Got this last week on clearance from Best Buy for $27.99. Previously had an Oster brand 11 cup food Processor. This Cuisinart is far far quieter and easier to use as well as clean than the Oster was.
