Best appliance for the Kitchen!

choo_choo44, Ebay
5 June 2014
  • Summary: Love cuisinart food processors. They make preparing meals a joy and prep time is cut in half. Already have two elderly ones and am replacing both - although they both still work well. How anyone who likes to cook can be without these, I'll never know. Best thing since sliced bread!

Cuisinart is crap these days.

Kelly Lamb, Amazon
20 April 2014
  • Summary: I have been a loyal Cuisinart user for years. I have had and currently have many Cuisinart appliances. I bought this food processor in January 2013 to replace another brand cheap food processor (all I could afford at the time) that had gone bad - for $30, the old cheap food processor gave me years of use. I liked the Cuisinart food processor at first - it was quieter than the cheap one, it had more attachments and it did a fine job.

Quick and Easy!

Joanna Ward, Amazon
16 April 2014
  • Summary: My first quality food processor that works well to make food preparation easy. I bought it since I started to make my own hummus without preservatives at a much lower cost, freezing a months supply in small containers. The Cuisinart comes with easy directions to follow for setting up with the handle in the front! The size is just right, not too small or too big.

Better than the 13 cup kitchen aid or others that have large capacity bowls.

Fred Keezer, Amazon
2 March 2014
  • Summary: You intuitively think that if a food processor is large capacity like 12, 13 or 14 it must be better than say a 7 or 9 or 10 cup. That is not really the case. I tried a 14 cup Oster and the motor smelled like it was smoking when i did a regular size batch of pizza dough in it and bounced all over the table when doing it.. Well, after about the 3rd or 4th time using it, it died.

Misleading.

L. Mace "Pleiadian Dreams", Amazon
15 January 2014
  • Summary: Nowhere does the description mention the short shaft and the fact that this 9 C. bowl only holds 2 1/2 C. of liquid. Not good for a salsa/sauce maker.
