Excerpt: There's a learning curve as to how many pulses to do to get your foods chopped accordingly without ending up with mush.I do like the compact size, ease of breakdown, cleaning and setup.Again I just wish that you wouldn't have to worry so much in making sure to cut pieces accordingly to get the right sized chopped. And still a learning curve as to not over pulse and end up with mush.
Pros: Compact, Dishwasher Safe, Easy To Use, Powerful Motor
Cons: Leaves Big Chunks, Must Cut Small Pieces 1st
Summary: I bought this food processor because I was tired of the set up and clean up for my large cuisinart food processor. It's an ordeal to take that out just for a quick chop! So, this one is very simple to assemble, and the mechanism is very simple, too--you just pulse it in order to control the size of the chopping, and it's just the right size. It's an easy clean up, too. The motor is fairly quiet. I like this little machine. I bought an extra one as a gift.
Pros: Ideal for most jobs -- don't have to get the "big mamma" out and mess with it, then clean it, etc. Sometimes we do need the big unit, but this one handles the vast majority of the tasks. Everything about it works well, and seems well-made.
Cons: Haven't actually found any yet -- we're tickled with this unit.
Awesome Processor!! Have fun and be happy while cooking!

Summary: I love this food processor. Since I generally prepare food for 1 or 2 people, it is the perfect size for me. It is Cuisinart, so I anticipate this processor will last a very long time. However, with the incredible deal I got on it, event if it only lasted a couple of years, I will be happy. The other thing I love about this processor is the happy colors it comes in. I purchased the yellow, so it matches most of kitchen décor.
