Cuisinart CH-4 Elite Collection 4-Cup Chopper/Grinder, White
18 July 2013
Summary: When my tiny (<2 cup) Black & Decker mini-chopper finally died, I thought that getting a slightly bigger model might be in order. After much research, I decided on this Cuisinart model. Overall, I have been very happy with it, but I have detailed some specific pluses and minuses below. LIKE: *Chops very well! Almost every job takes only a few pulses of the "Chop" button. In general, foods are chopped more evenly than with my previous model.
Summary: I used it for the first time this morning after having it for two weeks - awesome! Powerful, accurate, easy to clean, and compact at the same time :) I've tried a few different ones in a search for one that chops veggies into small-sized chunks (as opposed to pureeing), and this is the closest I've found. It still makes the pieces a little smaller than I've been envisioning, but I'm finally satisfied. I recommend this one :) Thanks, Buydig!
Summary: Excellent product. Works fast and cleans up in a jiff due to being so small. Great to have around. I make parsley garlic sauce in it all the time, which is like a pesto, and made hummous one night ago. So happy I got this.
Summary: Item arrived quickly and I am very pleased with it. I cook in bigger quantities and the 4 cup bowl in a big plus. Also the locking blade is nice when dumping chopped food into a bowl and not having the blade fall out on top of it.
Summary: We purchased this food processor as a replacement, and we like it. Comparing to our old food processor, this one is so much better! Here are the PROs: - Roomy enough for your family needs - Compact enough to store it almost anywhere - Much quieter than our previous food processors - Very productive.
Summary: i love, this unit at 4 cups it still retains the mini- appliance status, yet it has a strong motor that makes fast work of any chopping/grinding...from walnuts for my stuffing to stalks of celery, onions...it tackles each task with ease...i have wanted one for a long time to replace my large unit, knowing that its soup season in the northeast. i wanted to have this 4 cup unit for so many chopping tasks that i really dislike!..
Summary: The 4-cup CuisineArt chopper is the perfect size if you're cooking for one or two people. It beats getting out that big old Osterizer every time. It does everything the big unit does, but on a smaller scale, and is easy to clean, too. And one other feature I've not seen in any other blenders: The blade is connected to the chopping cup, so it's easy to get food out without having to worry about the blade falling out.
