Love this bag!
29 November 2013
Summary: I have been doing Jazzercise for the past 9 years and have yet to find the perfect carryall for all of my needs (and I have tried a lot!) until I purchased the Wai Lana athletic bag. A friend has one and she let me try to see if it would accommodate my needs and it did (and more!). In fact I love it so much I am purchasing one for a Christmas gift.
Summary: Great bag but it does not fit my Manduka mat-- not wide enough. So just be sure to check the measurements before you buy. I also wish this bag had inside pockets or somewhere to hold a water bottle. Otherwise, I love the size; it fits my weights and towel for Jazzercise. I am not sure it would easily fit two blocks for yoga, however....or, at least not with my mat. I also like that the straps can be worn over my shoulder.
Summary: I've never understood why people want to carry their yoga mat in one of those slings, because if you also have blocks, a belt, and a blanket, you have to carry those separately. Is there some sort of cool factor attached to that? Dunno. This bag fits a mat, blocks, and belt, with room to spare. The blanket gets folded on top between the shoulder straps. It's so efficient. If you carry two blankets, that would be tricky, but probably doable.
Summary: This is a Large yoga bag that can fit a premium size mat, a towel, a bottle of water and maybe more. I really like how it does not look so "Yoga" bag, but rather a regular bag. material seems strong and zipper is very good. I like it!
Summary: I am in the military deployed overseas in the middle-east and I was very excited to receive this within 6 days of purchasing it online. I really love this bag. It is very cute, roomy and you can get more in there than just your yoga bag. I have only had it a month now but it is holding up well. It looks exactly like they advertise. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to only have to carry one bag.
Summary: I coveted this bag a long time. When I bought a new jade yoga mat I decided to treat myself an go all the way. When I opened the bag I realized that the rare occurence of buying smomething and having it be BETTER than you thought it would be just happened. It's spacious withough being obnoxious. I usually take a little notebook and book of poetry to yoga class with me, which will fit, as well as a change of clothes and a water bottle. The color is beautiful.
Summary: I bought this several years ago at TJ Maxx, and I am psyched to see that it's still available. This is the best yoga bag ever. The main compartment fits my yoga bag, eye pillow, straps, balls, an extra shirt, and even my two blocks if I don't zip it. The long exterior pocket easily fits my cell phone, check book, and small makeup bag. The tiny side pocket fits my allergy nasal spray and medication tin. The handle rings are convenient for hooking your car keys onto.
