Summary: I've been using the TRX for about 3 years. It was my "secret" training supplement when I was a member of an old guys fitness/martial arts group. I have seen what I think are very nice gains in physique as well as noticeable improvements in useable, real strength.
Summary: I purchased the TRX Suspension Training Pro Pack from Amazon after trying it with an Irish Rugby team. Knowing that most all body areas of focus will exercise most all other areas of the body at the same time is excellent.
Summary: This training system is amazingly effective and is worth every penny. I have an anchor attached to my garage ceiling for 360 degrees of space. The videos are very well done, the instructions are easy to follow, the workouts are no joke.
Summary: I bought this product on a recommendation of my personal trainer friend. I work out 6 days a week and I am always looking for some different to add to the mix. Great outdoor product that you can use just about anywhere. The ab exercises with this are some of the hardest I have come across.

Summary: This review was geared for another product, but the comparisons I've discovered will help you make an educated decision. Notice I gave this product Four Stars. I stand by it, even though the following review may seem to be geared toward another product.
Summary: I competed in a fitness show (figure class) last year that I trained for with the usual free weights and gym machines, without getting amazing results in terms of overall muscle conditioning. A few months after the show I came across the TRX and have been using it for 6 months, with amazing results.
Summary: For what it is, the TRX is overpriced. It can't possibly cost more than $5 to manufacture something that costs almost $200. For what it does, providing a portable, functional workout that is better for most people than a traditional gym strength training workout, it is a good value.
