Shake Weight Made My Junk Bigger!
Vance Marshall, amazon.com

Summary: As Seen on TV! How can anything with those words proudly emblazoned upon it be in any way disappointing? I began by shaking the weight as recommended. Shake it with the left, shake it with the right, do the hokey pokey and shake it all around. Initially I was impressed that I could now work out at home and not have to bother with nasty things like squats, deadlifts, weighted dips and pull ups... Everyone knows that lifting heavy weights is poor exercise.
Summary: I was skeptical at first, like everyone else. If you use it for 10 minutes a day or even less than that, it definitely tones your arms. After reading the reviews, I still wasn't sure about purchasing it because I've been athletic all my life. Its great for toning and it sits right next to my ab ball and medicine ball waiting to be used each day. Easy to use. The DVD included is simple and lacks the corniness of typical workout videos. Definitely surprised. Try it.
Summary: I was really excited to get this product, in fact, most of the reviews on Amazon led me to believe that this prodcut was worth checking out. Naturally, I was skeptical and wondered if it would really work. The SW just arrived yesterday and I was really excited to put it to the test! I completed the 6 minute arm workout which doesn't sound like it is even long enough to work anything, but to my dismay, my muscles were definitely worked!
Summary: Got it on Amazon since it was on sale for $17 and I figured it was worth taking a shot. I have to say that I am surprised what kind of workout this inconspicuous thing can be. I do have to admit that I haven't used it all that much just yet, but I pick it up in between doing things for a few repetitions and I can feel how it definitely works your arms, back, thighs and even your back side, depending on the positions you're using.
Summary: I bought this for my girlfriend, but tried it out before I wrapped it (MWAHAHAHAHAHA). It's actually really hard, and I was sweating quite a bit after about 6 minutes. Not sure what the physical results will be for her, but if she keeps using it I know she'll get better at something... Anyways, does what it says. Shakes, is a weight, and burns calories.
Summary: I expected that this would move a little more as I used it. It feels really stiff *snort* and like it doesn't do too much. I did notice some strain in my muscles after I did the included DVD workout. Which was actually pretty surprising. It's not all bad, but I guess I expected more shaking type of movement of the actual device as I was shaking it. It feels almost like you really have to force out this to move much. Ah well, get what you pay for I suppose.
Summary: I have some neck and back issues. I find this weight easy to use. You can shake it at your speed, fast or slow. Build muscle back up. The 30 min video has a decent range of motion and will help stretch you out. It does make you sweat and a couple of the movements on the 30 min video are harder to do. It will teach you some balance and coordination as you use it, because you shake and move at the same time. You do not just sit and shake it LOL. To be effective...
Summary: I got this for Christmas after much snickering from my family. I tell you what though it works so well. I have been using it everyday since I got it. I just pick it up for a few minutes shake a few different ways for each muscle then walk away. Super easy to do a few minutes a few times a day. I wasn't to sure how well it would work but after a week my arms are firmer. I am not a fit girl and I tell you what it's amazing to see a little less jiggle in my arms.
Summary: This isn't a bad price, and it comes with a DVD to show you different ways to use it and diffferent excersize techniques but after about 3 months I got tired of it, just like any other work out equipment. I didn't see much progress and I used it about 3-4 times a week but if you are the kind of person who works out 2-3 times a day 5-7 days a week this might work better for you. It sure did make my arms sore so I'm sure it did something!
