Summary: Glad I bought the arm hoops. They definitely will help tone your arms. Currently using the hoops a couple of times a week. Doing as little as 3 minutes every day could make a world of difference.
Summary: These are great fun. Easy to use and fun to do. It does take quite a while to work yourself up to be able to use them for longer than a couple of minutes. I am in the Army and engage in alot of physical training but I still reach muscle failure when using these. I love them. They are well worth the price.
Summary: This product is well made and did not fall apart as some reviewers had complained. My only wish is that I had purchased a lighter hula hoop. The extra weight makes the hoop hurt when it hits your sides and makes it awfully easy to keep up and therefore is not a very aerobic exercise. A good product for someone who is just starting to exercise and has trouble keeping the hoop going around.
Summary: These seem to be well made and are kinda fun. Alone, they are not a workout, but can be one part of your exercise program. Use them to add variety and prevent boredom. I would also include specific exercises with dumbbells to work shoulders and arms.

I still can't keep them going for more than a couple of minutes before my muscles give out. I tried these to help rehabilitate my shoulder - and they helped a lot.
