Summary: I was looking for a waist twister for such long and finally found it! This is an amazing buy! Good price, great quality (unexpectedly since its made out of hard plastic rather than metal), and works very well. Bought one for myself and all of my friends. Plus, it arrived within 2 day!
Summary: The twist board works, but isn't really what I'd call heavy duty. It's very light and the Everlast sticker on mine was peeling off and bubbly. I'm also about 130 lbs with size 5 feet and you could heard bits of the plastic edges of the two "plates" that make up the back and front sides rubbing against each other about 70% of the time. They don't do it if I'm perfectly centered, but that's sort of difficult since the board is pretty small.
Summary: All the comments about the size of the board are sort of right. I wear a size 7 and it works just fine for me. Stand up straight and flex your abs just like you would if you were doing squats or something and you will feel it in your upper abs within 5 minutes - or at least I do!!!! Not only do my friends get on this when they come over, but my kids like to do it too!!
Summary: I am female with size 12 feet, so this is a bit of a challenge for me. I wish it were of a greater diameter. So there I am, 6 feet tall, size 12 feet, twisting.....amazing and I really do like it a lot. I can see how it enables one to get the twisting workout to the abs, hips and thighs....
Summary: I bought this when I converted to a standing desk at work. In less than a month I have really seen and felt the results. This works your back and side muscles. Its flattened my stomach. After years of sitting at work this is helping me recover better form. Can't wait to see the final results a few months more down the road.
Summary: I received this as a Christmas gift from a friend a few days ago, so I haven't had it for very long, but so far I am happy with it. I had read a previous review that suggested it might be a little small, and I may need two; one for each foot. After trying it out I realize that one is just fine. I am 5' 5" and 195 lbs so I'm not a very small person, but I still had no trouble fitting both feet on at once.
Summary: The twist board works but to be honest it does almost feel like it is going to break each time I use it. I only weigh 148 but it really does not work as well as I thought it would. I still use it.
Summary: Sometimes I don't feel like going to the gym and would love something at home to work with that's portable, easy to use, and gives a workout. This is it! It is small, and I do have to stand on the edges for long twist workouts because I notice my knees start to ache, but sturdy! It's light enough to travel with but sturdy enough that I feel comfortable with it. The suggested workouts are a nice touch. I used it for the first night, and my abs ached from my ribs to my ...
Summary: I had something similar to this twist board before. This is much better without the sharp teeth which were made of clear hard plastic, were easy to break off. The rounded bumps are much easier for feet. I can choose to wear socks or go on barefoot. I have set it at 8 feet from TV set. Whenever I turn on the TV, I step on the twist board. Instead of being a couch potato, I burn calories.
