Summary: A must have for active runners. This item is not heavy nor big and fits easy on the waist too. Can be easily adjusted and once fitted does not interfere in the run at all. It easily fits in a couple of gels, enough for a four hour run a set of keys and a mobile too. Slightly too small to fit in a small bottle but then I guess it was not meant to hold in a bottle.
good if you want a belt to keep your t-shirt from riding up that also holds your keys

Summary: Keys and a credit card, max. Your money will get damp and you can't fit much else in it. I do find that it's very good for keeping my t-shirt from sliding around as I run. And it holds a small set of keys and my credit card. That's about it.
Summary: I bought this for my girlfriend so she could have a place for her phone and ID while she goes for a jog. The stretchy pouch allows her to fit her phone with ease and she can clip her pepper spray right to the belt. She tells me she is very happy with it. I think it is a good deal and a good buy!
Summary: i bought one thru amazon. loved it, used it, then lost it. so i ordered a 2nd one. the 2nd one doesnt stay on as well, the adjustable strap loosens all of the time so i use very seldomly. when it loosens it bounces when you run. i use mainly for running and working out.
Summary: this pack is just awesome. perfectly-sized. it doesn't bounce around at all, and has enough room for my cell phone, keys, and a few credit card-sized items. i forget it's there until i need it!
Excellent running belt if you don't need hydration

Summary: I run 10-12 miles regularly and I use this belt along with a handheld bottle. I use it to store my iPhone and keys. Before I had this, I didn't carry a phone and my keys would just bounce around in my pocket. Here's why I can't imagine going for a run without this today: -FUNCTION- The zippered pocket looks small but it expands nicely. I plan on using this to carry a waterproof camera during a Tough Mudder race.
Basically what I was looking for, though "One Size" rarely fits all

Summary: I've taken up walking and jogging for weight loss and quickly discovered that if I wanted to go to a track, I needed somewhere to put my keys while running. Not wanting to buy, horror of horrors, a fanny pack, I settled on one of these runner's packs. I'm pleased with the quality and look of the item, and overall I do not regret the purchase. However, I really, really, really wish "One size fits all" products would at least list the dimensions of the item.
