Summary: This printer didn't last a year until the features started breaking down one by one. The software is incredibly bad. It takes for ever to print. The paper handling always jams. You have to feed multiple pages by hand one at a time. The wireless feature worked part time.
Summary: After installing and using for a while, it works fine - just like the HP7410 it replaced. Then I tried to fax - the upper feed doesn't work. So I can't do multi-page copy or fax. it feeds about 1/4 the paper, then hangs.
Summary: I've had this model printer for about 5 years. It's in a home office with extremely light use. I make a couple copies a month and then a few more during tax time. It worked fine for a couple of years and all the features worked, including being able to print wirelessly through my home network.
Summary: I don't really use this printer for much but printing and the occasional scan. I do find myself wondering how many people really use the integrated fax on all-in-one printers, but that certainly isn't the fault of this - or any - printer.
Summary: I've had one of these for several years and I haven't ever had any problems with it. The print quality is very nice and it is photo quality. I can't tell the difference between a photo printed on this one vs. a "photo printer". I use this on my network and it works fine.
Summary: I've read numerous reviews about the HP 7410 and/or HP 7210...& HP 7310. The biggest complaint people have is the software only supports Windows XP. Well, I have GOOD NEWS everyone, you can get the latest updated software online at HP Website for Windows XP, Windows XP 64-Bit, Windows Vista, Windows...
