No paper tray

  • Excerpt: Purchased for use in my office (not a home office; professional) because the selection of commercial fax machines was not all that good at our local office supply store. Have had no problems with the machine in the year that I've had it, but the fact that it does not have a paper tray creates some major problems at times. The sheets coming out of the machine have no where to go, so they end up curling up on top of each other, causing them to be out of order, and as I have the machine sitting on a table, if I don't stand right over top of it at all times, the pages end up going off the table onto the floor. I don't understand why the manufacturer did not put a paper tray on this machine! It's completely exasperating and frustrating!
