    I FOUND THIS FAX TO BE OVERLY COMPLICATED COMPARED TO OTHERS I'VE OWNED IN THE PAST. ALSO I'M NOT YET ACCUSTOMED TO LOADING THE DOCUMENTS FACE UP, SOMETHING I'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE.. WE DON'T HAVE TO USE IT TOO OFTEN, SO WE TURN IT OFF WHEN NOT IN USE, HOWEVER IT TAKES MORE THAN A MINUTE TO READY ITSELF! Read more

    As with all fax machines you want to have the most reliable and up to date machine available on the market. This fax machine is so new that I brought it after it just came out back in March of this year. So far it has impressed me to great lengths with all its technology and stunning results. It it extremely reliable which feeds through plain paper faxing with this highly affordable, compact inkjet fax with a 14.4kbps modem. Read more

    I was faxing some paper work into it got jam know is asking me check 5100 what doest it mean and how can i fix it.

    When is displayed 1. Check if any paper is jammed. If jammed, make sure to take out all the jammed paper. 2. After taking out jammed paper, turn the fax off, then turn it back on with [ON/OFF].
