  When people are trying to fax to me, they are continuously getting a busy signal. What could I possibly have set incorrectly to cause this? Or is it the incoming line itself?

  I have this fax and I'm getting line failure on many of my incoming faxes. I have the line on a T-1, not a single copper line. Could the baud rate be an issue. I can't find my manual to check the settings
