Brother IntelliFax-2920

I have 4 different Brother Intellifax models at our company. Of the 4 we purchased the 2920 just about 6 months ago and the others are much older. All 4 models seem to put a line through the faxes. I only use Brother brand Drums and cartidges. What are we doing wrong with these fax machine? Very dissatisfied.

you need to clean the glass to get rid of the line.
