Question: Subject: Fax in Memory

My Brother Intellifax 1860C read "1 fax in memory".... How do I access it, and does it mean it's outgoing or incoming? Also, I was told someone sent me a fax, but I never received it. Would it show up on the Fax Journal Report if there was a failed incoming fax?
