  • Summary: I finally broke down and bought a dedicated FAX. I decided that I wanted a laser FAX because I didn't want to deal with inkjet inks. I also wanted a plain paper one.
  • Pros: Easy to use, relatively small foot print, set-up with use of the quick setup quide
  • Cons: User manual was written for 4 different multifunction machines sometimes making it difficult to know whether the instructions applied to the 2820 or not

  • Summary: Worked great after 4 weeks then started miss sorting my faxes and copies. Very bad receiving tray. Most of my faxes end up on the floor if its greater than 8 4 pages.
  • Pros: Quick. Clear transmission
  • Cons: Pauses while each page is being fed through. Poor paper output tray. I find most of my faxes on the floor.
