Summary: Not really made for Mac's... C'mon Toshiba, it's 2015 and Apple is the largest company in the world. Why make mac users jump through hoops just to use your product? After installing the software on the drive it still would not back up my device.

Pros: It's small. It's self-powered. And it was cheap.
Cons: Don't you dare ever, ever, ever accidentally unplug a Toshiba external drive without properly dismounting it or you will never, ever see your data on it ever again. Accidents happen, and you can count on Toshiba to fail your data.
