Cons: Drive heats up inside a bag, On a desktop, content is downloaded and not streamed
Excerpt: The Seagate GoFlex Turbo is an external hard drive that makes use of the fastest USB 3.0 connectivity, which is still rare these days. It has a rugged design and a solid selection of utilities to make using this drive as easy as possible. The only downside is the price, which is a little high for only 500GB of storage.
Pros: Slim, robust design, Handy set of applications, USB 3.0, eSATA, FireWire 800 connectivity
Cons: Slightly overpriced, Below average data speeds
Summary: If you are out in the market to look for the highest capacity portable drive, Seagate GoFlex Ultraportable is right up your alley. But the high capacity comes at a price of around Rs.8.94 per GB which is comparatively higher than WD My Passport Essential SE and ADATA Classic CH11. But its performance is better than both of its competitors and you also get the option to use USB 3.0, eSATA and FireWire ports if you have them on your motherboard.
Pros: Very high capacity for a portable drive, Ability to change GoFlex adapter to FireWire or eSATA ports
