Hard Drive Review: Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 1.5TB

HardwareCentral
12 January 2011
  • Conclusion: While the GoFlex 1.5TB ships only in black, the other models in the series are also available in red, gray and blue. To install the unit, attach the supplied 18-inch USB 3.0 cable to the drive and then plug it into one of your computer's USB ports, preferably of the USB 3.0 variety, upon which a pair of LEDs will light up. When Windows recognizes the GoFlex, the operating system automatically installs the correct drivers.
