Hard to set up, no meaningful instructions, nothing to help on Youtube, website useless.

Summary: Problems from the start: 1. The product looks good and is well packaged, but there is next to nothing by way if instructions. A tiny leaflet that did not explain how to connect to and use the device. Two days in and the only way i'd managed to use this was by connecting it via USB 3 cable to my Macbook. 2. You go online to the Lacie site. You spend ages trying to find instructions and work out why you can't see a wireless signal, how you password protect the device.
It worked BEAUTIFULLY on our trip in June but now that there ...

Summary: It worked BEAUTIFULLY on our trip in June but now that there have been itunes update, it will let me play movies on the Seagate Media App or Safari and totally freezes. I have reinstalled the firmware and itunes and nothing works. I feel like I paid for something that is now completely obsolete and useless to me other than as a "back up" drive for data.
Summary: Interface app is a little clunky but the concept is bulletproof. If you need massive wireless storage, the Lacie is the current best choice. There is room for improvement, but that's really splitting hairs. I just wish there were several interface App options. All I need of my iPads is a media dump for backup. I don't need everything else. Maybe later, but not now so I don't want a busy App when I just need one simple tool.
Summary: [UPDATE 11/22/2014]: I cannot recommend this product at all. You cannot use it to play back iTunes DRM-protected movies anymore. In iOS 7 it used to simply open these movies in iOS Safari, and they played fine... but now they do not, even when you try to access them from the website served up by the Fuel. It is completely useless to me now. Lacie said on 9/26 that they were working on a fix, but two months later... nothing.
