Summary: I've been using it for about two months now. It took a bit to set it up, because I wanted it to save a lot of very large directories, but once it copied all that stuff, the updates are very quick. I keep it plugged in, and once or a few times a day (not sure how it decides, but it has settings I could use to specify a time if I wanted. It must be on random or something now.), it will pop up and copy and changes. When I check its directories, everything seems to be there.
Great product but not if you think you'll need customer support

Summary: I have had my Clickfree for at least two months now, and it works wonderfully. But, I wanted to warn anyone who is not tech savvy to think about not making the purchase. I was having trouble backing up my second computer wirelessly. I emailed customer support. It took them over two weeks to respond back, and the response was of no help. I had already figured out how to do it by messsing with every possible thing in the software.
Excerpt: Do you back up your PC? Do you have any precious, irreplaceable, or important files on your PC? If the answer to the first question is no, and the answer to the second question yes, then you, like many people have a PC disaster waiting to happen. Many people only back up their PC after such a disaster, by then it is, of course, too late.
