Back up multiple computers in network automatically. Easy individual file retrieval. NOT wireless.
11 October 2014
Summary: Great way to automatically back up every computer in your network. Software user interface makes it easy to retrieve individual files from a previous save and restore that specific file version just as easy as "copy & paste" it back where it came from originally. Great "do-over" when you've just accidentally overwritten a file, or the current document/file becomes corrupted or non-functional.
Summary: I think it works great, but you do need to check it to make sure it backs up everything. I had read reports were it didn't and even found that to be true on mine. If you find some files not backed up, you can do it manually.
Summary: I like this product. It performs as advertised, most of the time. God help you though if you need personal technical assistance. I have a computer business and have installed quite a few Click Free units. Then I had a problem and thought I would contact them. I waited for over a half hour for someone to help me. All I got was, "we are experiencing high volume calls" plus many suggestions to use the internet to solve the problem.
Great product but not if you think you'll need customer support

Summary: I have had my Clickfree for at least two months now, and it works wonderfully. But, I wanted to warn anyone who is not tech savvy to think about not making the purchase. I was having trouble backing up my second computer wirelessly. I emailed customer support. It took them over two weeks to respond back, and the response was of no help. I had already figured out how to do it by messsing with every possible thing in the software.
Summary: I've been using it for about two months now. It took a bit to set it up, because I wanted it to save a lot of very large directories, but once it copied all that stuff, the updates are very quick. I keep it plugged in, and once or a few times a day (not sure how it decides, but it has settings I could use to specify a time if I wanted. It must be on random or something now.), it will pop up and copy and changes. When I check its directories, everything seems to be there.
Summary: Easy to use and shows you on screen where everything is backed up to . Can't comment about restoring yet ( hence 4 not 5 stars) but so far so good , glad I got it . Oh mine came with kaboodle as an added extra if you want to sign up to it .
Summary: Have had Clickfree before, had to get a larger storage capacity. I have no idea why, but I tried a C6 because I wanted to backup my whole computer and it wouldn't work. The C2 works fine, it's fast and easy. Unfortunately, I paid a lot more for it as Amazon has lowered the price.
